Our commitment

CommerCiti aims to provide a website that people with a wide range of abilities can use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility goal.

This is an ongoing effort. This statement describes our approach and support options; it is not a declaration that every page or interaction fully conforms to that standard.

How we approach accessibility

We work to support keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, descriptive headings, labelled forms, and useful text alternatives for meaningful images. Decorative illustrations may use empty alt text so screen readers can skip them. We also aim to support zoom and reduced-motion preferences.

Third-party experiences

Some links lead to external marketplaces, payment services, or other websites. Those experiences are managed by their providers and may work differently from CommerCiti. Tell us if you encounter a barrier while following a shopping link, and we’ll help you find the information you need where we can.

Ongoing improvements

We review our content and theme as the website changes. Automated checks are one part of this work and do not identify every accessibility issue. Customer feedback helps us find barriers and prioritize improvements.
